Maeve's Method sessions begin with a quick tour of your home. We then sit-down so your coach can teach you the 5 Core Concepts of Maeve’s Method. We then get hands-on and organize one or more of your projects. Video coaching works a bit differently, since we aren't with you on site. We advance send our Maeve's Method Coaching Companion to give you a jump on our materials. Then once we connect on video, we take you through the rest of the process. Sessions conclude with Next Steps, typically 5 achievable goals to keep you focused on your work. A check in call takes place 7-10 days after your session. All Maeve's Method sessions include personalized coaching with one of our certified coaches, so no matter which option you choose, you're in good hands. We can't wait to work with you!
