PAYMENT POLICY Deposits are required to book home and online services of 6 hour or more. Your balance can be paid online or in person on the day of your appointment. Home and online services 2 hours or less are paid in full at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY If you are unable to keep your appointment, contact us to reschedule. Customers providing 24 hours notice can reschedule with no fee. Customers providing less than 24 hours notice will be charged their deposit fee. Cancelled online bookings may be rescheduled at the coach's discretion. REFUND POLICY Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before a scheduled booking. Contact us to make your refund request. Customers requesting refunds with less than 48 hours notice will be charged their deposit fee.
