Once again, it’s a wrap! Thanks again to Dr. Ingrid Edshteyn of Valia Lifestyle and Coach Katie McCann for their partnership in this fun, healthy body + healthy home event. We gathered last week at WeWork 42nd Street for a repeat of our January Refresh workshop, this time with a focus on lite, gut-friendly recipes for summer eating, and summer kitchen and life organization goals.

In a surprise twist, most of our guests were men, so my signature bag demo turned into a wallet demo. But we still covered the basics on ‘life themes’ that are found buried in the stuff we carry around each day. Our awesome volunteer Neil discovered he could lighten his wallet load a bit more with the removal of a few charge cards he uses not even once a year.

We were also happy to have Bear’s Fruit Kombucha founder Chris on hand for samples of their new line of
yummy kombucha drinks, that also happen to come in delightful tiny bottles (which I love). #wellness
